They put a video of Ron Paul out there for you to see because most people trust him. I put money into this business in hopes that they might help me improve my retirement outlook (I am already retired).

All I get is videos and mailings that have nothing to do with me or my situation and have no more money to "add" services. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Stansberry is a nuisance to me.

I have for several months received unrequested emails and newsletters for Stanberry. Today's was from Mike Palmer. I have never asked Stansberry to contact me. Yet, again today was another alarmist crap email/newsletter. How do I get Stansberry to stop contacting me? I have clicked the unsubscribe many times to no avail. I have Stansberry on junk mail, but the mail doesn't stop. Same with Brwnwstone. Jeff Brownstone just won/t go away.

I used to get in with my name it changed to e mail which does not work you sent link to my two e mails which never came on several attempts so I missed initial recommendations which are crucial to me I am customer for many years

No problem, just cancellation I had to spend some time in the hospital and don/t feel well. I have no energy left to play the market.

Quite dismayed that deposits cheerfully refunded is untrue

Your promise but refusal to credit back my deposit. No matter whom I talk to they all say refund will be returned in 5-7 days. My request is beyond 21 days?????? Leads me believe its fraudulent Frank J Zarcone 87 yrs old!

I first said yes to Eric Wades compelling offer to buy a subscription to Stansberry Research Report n the Millionare .etc. sub. Then he invited me/us to try the Lifetime sub. Watch out! Buyer beware. This is a SCAM! First off, their information is often ill-advised and the opposite of many respected financial guru's, they put you on auto bill when you thought you only signed up of one report. It's not cheap ($200). When you call to cancel, they will stop the auto bill, BUT WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND - NOT EVEN A PRO-RATED ONE! Shame on them. Save your money and please steer clear of this company!

Unless you are willing to research their material 24/7/365 don't bother with them. They make out sound easy and simple. It is not. Make sure you never subscribe to any of their recurring charge subscription because even if you change credit card number they will charge you, then they will not refund your money if a charge goes through. They fall back on their 30 cancellation policy, but the thirty days will be up before you even know there is a charge. If you receive any email from them, block them and tell everyone else you know, "Don't bother".

-I signed up with Stansberry last year(july 2020) now i get a renew charge of $199.00 which i did not order of want.I want my $199.00 credited back to my account-credit card. I tried to call many times in July and early Aug but was not able to speak to anyone-I called Capital One and they helped me get the info to needed to make thisMAKE SURE THEY DON'T thisnoo claim

Fraud Alert

I purchased an ebook on investing info from this company on July 3rd, 2020, for $79. That is all I purchased, but this July 3rd, 2021 I noticed on my credit card a $213.43 charge from them. No email, no invoice, nothing but a charge. Watch out, they are con artists. Don't be suckered in like I was. They got my credit card info and now I have to dispute the charge. Stay away.

Stansberry is a subsidiary of Monument and Cathedral, LLC (formerly known as Agora Inc.) As such, they are subject to the terms and conditions of the Stipulated Order agreed by them and the FTC of Feb. 8, 2021.

Violations of that order by a host of Agora subsidiaries have been collected by TINA.org who last month filed a complaint with the FTC to re-open their investigation. File your complaint with the BBB and with TINA.org and, for good measure, do the same at FTC.gov.

Billing dispute

I never authorized $200 to be taken out of may account and Stansberry fraudulently did just that. Now, Monday comes and I will not be able to pay my bills, this facing dire consequences. There is no help on the weekend at Stansberry Research and their unauthorized charge of my card will cost me dearly going forward. What a terrible way to conduct business and I will NEVER deal with this company ever again

WtfSR STANSBERRY RESEARCH tried to bill my Capitol One card for $199., and I don't even know what this company is!!! Thank God my credit card did not have enough credit and declined it!!

I have subscribed before but found the info way over my head. This time I was convinced by the video that it would be different, but it isn't.

This is like a foreign language to me and I don't understand it.

Please refund my money and discontinue subscription ASAP. Thank you for your understanding and for honoring your refund policy.
